Returns Policy

At Kristaval Keepsakes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery.  Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards prior to dispatch, and is sent to you in appropriate packaging.

 

If you find the piece does not suit you when you get it home, please email us within 14 days of receipt for a returns reference stating the reason for your return.  We’ll then send you a returns reference and a label.  The returns reference must be quoted on the returns form, which must accompany the item.  Using the label provided, ensure you pay the correct postage fee and return the item to us in an unused condition with the original packaging and the completed returns form. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting and used a tracked delivery method. We’ll check the items on return and raise your refund for the purchase price of the item.
